About 15 years ago, Mom and I made
this pie. It was part of her rehab.
It was delicious, strawberries,
blueberries, pound cake, but now I
use angel food cake. I make one of
these flag cakes every year for the
4th of July, very patriotic, I need
more cool whip!

Oh yummie. I can just taste it.
I used to do the same thing with my kids, except we started with three layers of jello, red, white (really clear), and blue, and put the cool whip, strawberries, and blueberries on top.
