It was cold here one day

in January, 2010. Maybe not as rough in
the RGV as it has been in Iowa, long pants
are not favorites of mine...

First time online for over an hour in
almost a month.
Weather great this week finally, 70-80
all week long. This is normal for a Texas
winter. Golf is OK, lost park Olympics
competition. Hope to redeem by winning
the Golden Age Olympics in Mc Allen this
Thursday. We won last year with a sweet 61.
Internet a problem, still no luck downloading
photos to the blog. It takes too long.
Iowa is freezing, ice, snow, wind, everyone
is suffering, no electricity. i left the boys
two units to help keep them warm, I hope
they didn't have to use them and I hope
everyone was safe on the roads.
will try again to download some winter
photos.....Carry On..

and I hope I can finish a posting...
add some photos from the freeze and
let ya'll know how things are going in
the valley this winter. First off, we
are sufferin' just like ya'll up north.
This cold weather is world wide, and
what I hoped for is not to be so far.
